Senior Digital Designer Job - iGaming - Onsite, Manila

About the Hiring Company:
We run two online gaming brands — Online, a premium digital extension of Resort, and FUNaloMax, a high-energy mass-market platform. This role sits at the intersection of both, owning the visual execution of marketing and campaign creatives across the full digital ecosystem. You'll work directly with the Performance, Social, and CRM teams to translate briefs into scroll-stopping, on-brand creative that drives acquisition and retention.
This is a hands-on production role with a strong creative POV, not a strategy or management seat, though you'll mentor junior designers as the team scales.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead visual execution of campaign creatives across both brands — paid social, display, email, push, landing pages, and promotional banners.
Maintain and evolve brand consistency across two distinct visual identities (premium vs. mass-market) without letting them bleed into each other.
Translate performance briefs into multiple creative variants optimized for A/B testing and channel-specific formats.
Own the creative asset pipeline — from brief intake to final delivery — maintaining fast turnaround times and minimal rework cycles.
Collaborate with the Performance Marketing and Social teams on creative strategy; bring visual intelligence to the table, not just execution.
Build and maintain a scalable design system for recurring campaign templates (promos, tournaments, deposit bonuses, sports events).
Adapt international campaign concepts to local market sensibilities (Filipino audience first).
Actively conceptualize and cut high-impact social video assets and dynamic motion graphics from scratch, supporting rapid-turnaround video and motion briefs.
The Successful Candidates:
7+ years of digital design experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead capacity within a marketing, agency, or high-output digital environment.
Portfolio that demonstrates strong campaign creative at scale — multi channel, multi-variant work built to perform, not just impress.
Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator); After Effects or motion design experience required, not optional at this level.
Proven ability to manage and evolve two or more distinct brand identities simultaneously without creative drift.
Deep understanding of performance creative principles — knows why certain formats, hierarchies, and CTAs convert, and designs with that logic baked in from the start.
Deep experience designing for Filipino audiences across both premium luxury spaces and localized, high-energy VIP to mass-market entertainment aesthetics.
Background in gaming, entertainment, betting, e-commerce, or any high velocity conversion-driven digital category strongly preferred.
Has operated as the go-to senior creative in a team — comfortable setting the visual standard, reviewing junior work, and pushing back on weak briefs.
