Senior Account Manager - iGaming (Sweepstakes) - Remote in Europe

About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of tier-1 accounts and partners in the sweepstakes (sweeps casino) space, with a focus on the US, Canada and other emerging markets. Reporting to the Head of Account Management (Isle of Man), you will be the strategic point of contact for some of our most valuable accounts, owning retention, turnover growth, and long-term satisfaction across the portfolio. You will bring slots and live dealer content expertise and a genuine understanding of how the sweepstakes model works, turning that into measurable account growth.
Job Responsibilities:
Account Ownership
Manage a portfolio of tier-1 accounts and partners, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and consistent turnover growth.
Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the slots and live dealer portfolio.
Develop and maintain structured account plans, revenue forecasts, and quarterly growth targets.
Commercial & Performance Management
Analyse partner performance (GGR, turnover, player activity, session KPIs) to drive actionable insights and tailored growth plans.
Prepare and lead commercial proposals and deal extensions.
Negotiate commercial terms within company guidelines.
Relationship Management
Build trusted, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, from product managers through to C-level executives.
Act as the primary escalation point for partner issues and coordinate solutions internally.
Represent the company at industry conferences and regional events.
Sweepstakes Market Focus
Apply sweepstakes (sweeps casino) market knowledge to advise partners on positioning and growth across the US, Canada and other emerging markets.
Stay informed on sweepstakes regulation, competitor releases, and player preferences in the sweeps space.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with Product, Tech, Marketing, Risk and Compliance to deliver a seamless partner experience.
Support launch planning, promotional planning, and roadmap alignment for key accounts.
The Successful Candidate:
5+ years of account management experience in iGaming with at least 1+ years of sweepstakes (sweeps casino)
Slots and live dealer content experience from the B2B / whitelabel / aggregator side.
Strong understanding of the sweepstakes model and market
Hands-on experience managing tier-1 / high-value accounts and partners.
Proven track record of proactive commercial growth: upsells, expansion deals, and revenue ownership.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder environments, confidently engaging with multiple executives and decision-makers while maintaining momentum on commercial objectives.
Data-driven, comfortable using BI and reporting dashboards, plus Excel / Sheets, to steer account decisions.
An established network among sweepstakes operators or platform providers is a strong asset.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Proactive problem-solver with a growth mindset, comfortable in a fast-scaling environment.
Fluent English (additional languages an advantage).
Willingness to travel internationally for partner meetings and conferences.
Location & Eligibility
This role is remote within Europe. Full-time employment requires being based on the Isle of Man; candidates elsewhere in Europe are welcome to work remotely. No visa or relocation support is provided.
