About the Role:
We are hiring an AI Assistant Manager to support chatbot implementation and help drive AI adoption across the business. You will focus on improving chatbot performance, analysing data, and identifying simple automation opportunities that improve efficiency and customer experience. This role gives strong exposure to digital operations and a clear pathway to lead larger AI initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support planning and prioritisation of chatbot features and roadmap tasks.

• Assist in designing conversational flows and updating chatbot content.

• Monitor chatbot performance and propose small improvements based on data.

• Support rollout activities and coordinate with CS, Product, Tech, and Compliance.

• Track engagement, resolution quality, and user behaviour for reporting.

The Successful Candidate:

• Minimum 2 years experience in AI projects, automation, chatbot work, or digital operations

• Must be fluent in English

• Practical understanding of Python for scripting, automation, or data analysis

• Hands-on exposure to chatbot platforms or NLP tools

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Ability to coordinate across teams

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Experience with Yola, Playcom AI, Dialogflow, Rasa, or similar live chat AI systems

• Understanding of APIs or workflow automation

• Experience in CX, product operations, or process improvement

• Exposure to fintech, digital entertainment, ecommerce or related industries
