About the Hiring Company:
The COO is responsible for driving operational excellence and execution across multiple subsidiaries and business units. While the role is industry-agnostic, candidates must have a proven background in iGaming, reflecting experience in fast-paced, high-regulation, data-driven environments.

The COO reports directly to the CEO and is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, ensuring strategy translates into results.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead group-wide operations: standardize processes, optimize structure, and align subsidiaries

• Drive execution & performance management: implement KPIs, monitor results, and improve operational efficiency

• Design and lead organizational structure: manage senior ops leaders, build accountability and execution culture

• Oversee process, risk & governance: internal controls, risk mitigation, and Board reporting

• Collaborate across functions: CFO, CTO, HR, Legal, and strategy teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives

The Successful Candidate:

• Minimum 10 years in iGaming (online casino, sportsbook, digital gaming)

• Senior leadership experience (COO, Group Operations, or similar)

• Experience managing multiple business units or subsidiaries

• Strong operational execution, KPI-driven management, and team leadership

• Excellent English and executive communication skills

• Multi-country / multi-cultural experience

• Experience with M&A / post-merger integration

• Proven track record in high-growth or transformational organizations

• Data/BI-driven decision-making capabilities
