We are a bootstrapped, product-first iGaming platform provider that has experienced rapid growth over the past two years. Headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, with additional teams in the Philippines and Spain, we are expanding quickly across crypto, Asia, and other high-growth markets.

Strategic Vision (3–5 Years)

Over the next five years, we aim to:

• Expand geographically into emerging markets, particularly Latin America and Africa, while strengthening our footprint in Asia

• Diversify product offerings, including our new game studio in the Philippines and our Spanish development team working on gamification plugins for the platform

• Reinforce a product-first culture across the entire organization, from leadership to sales to QA

• Scale organizationally and technologically, ensuring our development, IT, and business operations can support continued rapid growth

The Role: Chief Executive Officer

The CEO will be the strategic and visionary leader of the company, responsible for guiding us through our next phase of growth. This role requires hands-on engagement with product and technology, as well as the ability to define and execute a long-term business strategy.

The CEO will report directly to the Board of Directors (also the owners, who remain operational in senior roles) and will lead an established senior management team, including a CCO, Head of Development, and CPO, while also being responsible for recruiting a new CFO.

Strategic Leadership

• Define, articulate, and implement a clear vision and strategy for the company’s growth

• Drive new initiatives in business development, product innovation, and organizational culture

• Anticipate industry trends and act on emerging opportunities in crypto, Asia, LATAM, and Africa

Product & Technology Engagement

• Ensure the company maintains a product-first mindset at every level

• Engage in deep product and technical discussions with development teams

• Drive scalable IT and development strategies to support rapid growth

Data-Driven Decision Making

• Analyze product performance, customer behavior, and market data

• Embed a data-led culture across the company

Organizational Leadership

• Inspire and motivate a team of ~50 employees across multiple geographies

• Balance entrepreneurial agility with structure needed for scale

• Lead decisively while empowering managers and staff

External Representation

• Act as a public spokesperson at industry events and with the press

• Build the company’s thought leadership in crypto-enabled gaming and emerging markets

Current Challenges & Opportunities

The new CEO will focus on:

1. Driving business strategy – improving existing revenue streams and identifying new ones

2. Launching and scaling new initiatives – across business, product, and organization

3. Motivating and aligning staff – providing clear vision, roadmaps, and communication

The biggest opportunity lies in expanding into LATAM and Africa, while strengthening the presence in Asia.

Required Experience & Qualities

• Proven leadership in the iGaming industry (B2B platform experience preferred)

• Product-driven mindset

• Technical fluency

• Data-driven decision maker

• Hands-on and proactive

• Strategic and visionary leadership style

• Experience leading scale-ups (30–200 employees)

• Fluent in Swedish and English

Desirable Attributes

• Experience in crypto/blockchain within gaming or fintech

• Experience in Asia, LATAM, or Africa

• Strong public presence

Practical Details

• Location: Stockholm, Sweden (relocation required if not already based there)

• Travel: Minimum of 4 weeks international travel per year

• Reporting Line: Board of Directors

• Team: CCO, Head of Development, CPO; mandate to recruit CFO
