Location: Hybrid, Taipei, Taiwan

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager (PM) to take full ownership of projects. This role is crucial in ensuring proper planning, execution, and cross-team alignment, while driving delivery timelines, mitigating risks, and maintaining seamless communication with all stakeholders.

In addition to managing technical projects, the PM will:

• Oversee product initiatives – ensuring timely delivery and clear updates to all stakeholders.
• Manage projects, coordinating development work and ensuring alignment between all participating teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of projects.
• Define and manage project timelines, scope, and milestones to ensure timely completion.
• Proactively identify risks and escalate or resolve issues to keep projects on track.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and maintain transparency on project progress and blockers.

The Successful Candidate:

• Fluent in English.
• Industry experience is preferred.
• Over 5+ years of Project Management experience.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies; PMP or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
• Organized and structured, with the ability to update project status in a clear and concise format.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Proactive with a strong problem-solving mindset, able to anticipate and mitigate risks effectively.
• Experience working directly with external operators or clients is a plus.
