Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager (PM) to take full ownership of projects involving technical development. This role is crucial in ensuring proper planning, execution, and cross-team alignment, while driving delivery timelines, mitigating risks, and maintaining seamless communication with all stakeholders.

In addition to managing technical projects, the PM will oversee product initiatives to ensure timely delivery and clear updates to stakeholders, coordinate development work across teams, and provide technical support for operator client testing by offering guidance and recommendations to streamline execution.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Project Ownership & Delivery

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects.
• Define and manage project timelines, scope, and milestones to ensure timely completion.
• Proactively identify risks, escalating or resolving issues to keep projects on track.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and maintain transparency on project progress and blockers.

2. Operator & Internal Collaboration

• Support and guide operators during testing, offering technical recommendations to streamline execution.
• Partner closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.

The Successful Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within iGaming, online gaming, or a technical development environment.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks effectively.
• Experience working directly with external operators or clients is a plus.
