Job Summary:
As a Business Intelligence (BI) Specialist, you will play a key role in developing BI solutions and delivering data analysis services to various internal teams, including Acquisition, Finance, CRM, and more. This role requires both technical expertise and the ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide data analysis support to internal teams to assist with strategic decision-making
• Translate business needs into technical data requirements and collaborate with data engineers to ensure the correct data sets are available
• Design, improve, and maintain dashboards that deliver actionable insights
• Apply best practices in data manipulation and visualization
• Respond to ad hoc data requests and proactively identify opportunities to enhance marketing strategies
• Maintain and enhance existing dashboards and reports
• Present data in a clear and understandable way to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Train and consult with end-users to promote adoption of BI tools and reports

The Successful Candidate:

• University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in analytics or data-focused roles
• Strong hands-on experience with data visualization tools (preferably Power BI)
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data
• Familiarity with cloud-based data storage and processing (advantageous)
• Experience in the online gaming industry – required
• Ability to identify and interpret insights from complex data sets
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly
• Detail-oriented, results-driven, and self-motivated with a proactive attitude
