About the Company:
We are a fast-growing Live Dealer Studio & Game Development company, founded in early 2024 and headquartered in Taiwan. Our current team of 50+ operates a successful live casino studio in Taipei, and we are now expanding globally with an exciting new studio set to launch in Georgia by the end of 2025.

About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Head of Live Casino Operations to launch and lead our new live dealer studio in Georgia. This is a unique opportunity to build an entire studio from scratch—from site selection and staffing to operational strategy and go-live execution.

Initially operating remotely from anywhere in Asia, this leadership role comes with full relocation support to Georgia later this year.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the full setup of the Georgia live dealer studio—from location and vendor selection to team hiring and launch readiness.
• Define and implement studio operational strategies in alignment with company goals and local market needs.
• Build and lead a high-performing studio team, nurturing a strong and scalable company culture.
• Oversee all compliance, HR, and legal frameworks in partnership with internal and local teams.
• Design and implement studio infrastructure, SOPs, performance systems, and reporting processes.
• Work closely with C-level stakeholders on strategic vision, budgeting, and expansion planning.
• Anticipate operational risks and build strong contingency and crisis management plans.
• Champion an exceptional player experience while maintaining operational excellence.
• Represent the Georgia studio as a senior leader across internal and external engagements.

The Successful Candidate:

• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
• 3+ Years experience withleadership experience in live online casino operations (iGaming, not land-based).
• Proven success in building or scaling large-scale operational teams across regions.
• Strong understanding of compliance, vendor relations, and live-stream production environments.
  Experience building studio operations from scratch (0 to 1)
• Excellent cross-cultural leadership, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely during the pre-launch phase, with full relocation to Georgia later in 2025.
• Visionary mindset with strong execution skills and a passion for building from the ground up.
