About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Live Casino Studio Operations to join our dynamic team in Taipei. As we continue to expand and innovate in the iGaming space, this leader will focus on driving operational excellence, process improvement, and team development at our existing live dealer studio.

This is a critical on-site leadership role for someone eager to optimize day-to-day operations and elevate performance in a high-paced, live production environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the full operations of our established Taipei live dealer studio.
• Drive continuous improvement of studio processes, KPIs, and operational workflows.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional studio teams including dealers, supervisors, and technical staff.
• Ensure compliance with local gaming regulations, internal standards, and responsible gaming policies.
• Collaborate with IT and broadcast teams to maintain seamless studio functionality and uptime.
• Implement structured training programs to upskill talent and maintain consistent game quality.
• Conduct regular audits and generate performance reports on studio operations.
• Maintain strong collaboration with HR, compliance, tech, and customer service teams.
• Identify opportunities for automation, digitalization, and operational efficiency.
  

The Successful Candidate:

• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Min of 3 years in Operations Mngr or higher title for Live Studio Operations (iGaming industry)
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
• Strong operational mindset with a track record in optimization and continuous improvement.
• Deep understanding of gaming regulations, live-stream tech, and player experience.
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage high-pressure environments.
• Hands-on, collaborative leadership style with a passion for live casino operations.
