Job Overview:
We are seeking a visionary Head of Marketing to take ownership of our strategic brand direction and marketing efforts. This senior leadership role will focus on elevating our brand presence, driving high-impact creative campaigns, and solidifying our position as a top-tier provider in the iGaming sector. This is not an operational role, it is best suited for a strategic and creative thinker with a strong grasp of both B2B and B2C marketing principles and a deep understanding of the iGaming ecosystem.
Job Responsibilities:
You will lead and execute the overall marketing vision and strategy, ensuring consistency across brand, campaigns, and market positioning. This includes:
- Developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to strengthen brand identity and market positioning.
- Leading brand initiatives that differentiate our company in the iGaming space through powerful storytelling and bold creative direction.
- Overseeing the planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, content, events, and traditional media — tailored for a B2B audience, yet informed by consumer behavior insights.
- Managing, mentoring, and empowering a marketing team, providing senior guidance while allowing them to operate independently on day-to-day tasks.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with broader commercial goals.
- Conducting ongoing market and competitive analysis to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and guide future strategies.
- Leveraging data-driven insights to evaluate performance, optimize campaigns, and report on KPIs that inform future marketing investments.
- Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to increase visibility and build relationships with key stakeholders.
The Successful Candidate:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the iGaming industry in a senior marketing position, with strong exposure to both B2B and B2C marketing environments.
- Ideally from a B2B-focused company, but candidates from the B2C side with proven strategic brand leadership and B2B collaboration experience are welcome.
- Demonstrated ability to drive creative marketing initiatives that elevate brand presence and support commercial success.
- Strong portfolio in brand storytelling, digital strategy, and multi-channel campaign management.
- Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams in fast-paced, international environments.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and ability to collaborate across teams and geographies.
- Fluent in English
- Based in Asia (exact location to be determined)
