We are a Live Dealer Studio & Game Development company headquartered in Taiwan, founded in early 2024. With a growing team of 50+ onsite in Taipei and our mission is to deliver innovative, immersive live casino experiences that captivate players across the globe. As we expand our commercial footprint, we’re looking for passionate iGaming professionals to join our fully remote team.
About the Role:
We are looking for a Mandarin-speaking Account Manager who thrives in a client-facing role and has a strong background in iGaming. You will serve as the primary contact for our B2B partners, ensuring smooth collaboration, maximizing partner performance, and driving commercial success.
This is a fully remote role, but you must be based in an Asia time zone to collaborate effectively with our teams and clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Own and manage a portfolio of B2B partners in Asia and other key markets.
- Foster long-term client relationships through excellent service and trust.
- Monitor and analyze partner performance to identify areas for growth.
- Drive commercial value by upselling new games, features, and promotional tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech, product, marketing, compliance) to ensure smooth delivery of partner needs.
- Act as the voice of the client internally, advocating for their needs and challenges.
- Prepare regular performance reports and deliver insights that help both partners and internal stakeholders make informed decisions.
- Participate in online meetings, events, and occasional business travel when required.
The Successful Candidate:
- Fluent in English (mandarin or other asian language a plus).
- Based in an Asia time zone.
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management B2B role in the iGaming industry, preferably with live casino products
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using performance metrics to drive decisions.
- Self-starter with excellent time management and remote working discipline.
