About the Company:
Our partner is growing rapidly and looking to strengthen their team with an Agile Lead. They develop a technically advanced platform for the iGaming industry and are now one of the market leaders. The company started with a poker product and has since expanded into a full casino platform, used by companies across the globe.

About the Role:
As Agile Lead, you'll be central in shaping how teams work and deliver. Your mission is to foster a high-performing, collaborative environment where cross-functional teams can thrive. You’ll work closely with developers, UX designers, and product owners to streamline workflows, remove blockers, and strengthen agile practices throughout the organization.

You’ll join during a phase of growth as the development team prepares to split into two focused units—creating even more opportunities for clarity, structure, and innovation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coach and support teams in agile principles and continuous improvement
• Facilitate effective sprint planning, retrospectives, and team rituals
• Identify and address process bottlenecks and collaboration challenges
• Help scale and evolve agile practices as the company grows
• Promote a culture of transparency, ownership, and value delivery
• To support teamwork, the team works from the office three days a week—focusing the remaining time on deep, uninterrupted development work

The Successful Candidate:

• Solid experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead
• Strong communication skills and a hands-on coaching approach
• Experience guiding teams through growth and change
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset, unafraid to challenge the status quo
• Fluent in Swedish and English
