Account Manager Job - iGaming - Makati, Philippines, Asia
Location: Onsite in Makati, Philippines Hybrid (at least 3 days working from office)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager with a strong understanding of iGaming, including operator aggregators (B2C & B2B) and poker games. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and either Korean or Chinese (Japanese is a bonus) and will have experience in managing both client relationships and sales pipelines. This role requires someone who is proactive, target-driven, and excited to network and build relationships within the iGaming sector.
Job Responsibilities:
- Sales & Account Management: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the iGaming industry (B2C & B2B), particularly within operator aggregators and poker games.
- Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Invoicing & Financial Management: Handle client invoicing, and ensure smooth financial transactions and account management.
- Industry Networking: Attend iGaming events, industry conferences, parties, and other networking opportunities to expand the company's presence and create new sales opportunities.
- Sales Target Achievement: Work toward meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets, including new business, account renewals, and upsells.
- B2C & B2B Understanding: Leverage your knowledge of B2C and B2B iGaming models to drive growth for both operators and aggregators.
- Poker Industry Insight: Demonstrate a solid understanding of poker games and its role within the broader iGaming landscape to communicate effectively with clients in this niche market.
- Data & Analytics: Analyze sales data, client performance, and trends to propose improvements, identify growth opportunities, and optimize the client experience.
- Work Under Pressure: Successfully manage a high volume of work, meet deadlines, and navigate a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
The Successful Candidate:
- Languages: Fluency in English and either Korean or Chinese (Japanese is a plus).
- Minimum of 2 years in sales/account management within the iGaming industry (experience with B2C and B2B models, aggregators, and poker games is a must).
- Familiarity with iGaming platforms, aggregators, and poker game operations is highly preferred.
- Strong ability to generate new business, build relationships, and close deals.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a proven track record of hitting sales targets.
- Ability to manage client invoicing, review contracts, and discuss financial terms effectively.
- Comfortable working with numbers, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Enthusiastic and sociable, with the ability to represent the company at events and build a network of industry contacts.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships and promote collaboration across teams.
- Pressure-Resilient: Able to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
