Technical Account Manager - iGaming - Remote UK or Hybrid Taiwan
Location: Remote in UK (European national or work eligibility), hybrid in Taiwan (Taiwanese national or work eligibility).
Job Overview:
The Technical Account Management team ensures customers' operational needs are met daily. Technical Account Managers oversee all customer communications, escalating or facilitating responses as needed. They monitor customer sentiment and adjust internal responses accordingly. Each Technical Account Manager acts as a Delivery Manager for their assigned customers, ensuring smooth integration and product releases. They serve as the go-to source for customer status updates and collaborate with internal teams to manage critical escalations and feedback.
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
- Collect, assess, and prioritize client feedback for internal teams.
- Handle escalations professionally to maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify process inefficiencies and drive improvements.
- Ensure smooth deployment and support of key product deliverables.
- Monitor service quality and propose enhancements.
- Maintain customer delivery timelines by coordinating with internal teams.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and senior management.
Daily Operations:
- Oversee integration processes for successful client launches.
- Manage and justify client requests to ensure quality feature delivery.
- Handle critical escalations between clients and internal teams.
- Manage daily incidents between support teams and clients.
- Support operator inquiries with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify blockers to business growth.
- Review customer communications for accuracy.
- Facilitate ad-hoc projects as needed.
The Successful Candidate:
- 1-2 years of experience in the iGaming industry is preferred.
- Previous experience in an Operations role.
- Strong understanding of key performance indicators in gaming.
- Ability to influence executive and C-level decision-makers.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Attention to detail and project management abilities.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
