Job Summary: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Korean Country Assistant to support our Korea Team in market research, client communication, and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Korean and English, possess an in-depth understanding of the Korean gaming market, and be knowledgeable about local gambling trends. This role is integral in enhancing our brand presence and ensuring optimal media mix strategies for player acquisition and market expansion.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and report on the latest trends in the Korean gambling market, specifically in slot games and live casino.

• Create and maintain accounts with various Korean operators to analyze competitors’ offerings and positioning.

• Track the ranking of service providers and games on different platforms, reporting weekly on top-performing products.

• Evaluate the status oacross different operators and track any changes in availability.

• Assist in communication with Korean clients, ensuring seamless interactions and translations between English and Korean.

• Support in translating localized game content and marketing materials.

• Collaborate with the Korea marketing team to develop Korean-language creatives for campaigns.

• Assist in reviewing marketing contracts and negotiation agreements with affiliates, streamers, and digital marketers.

• Work closely with the marketing team to execute strategies that drive player acquisition and increase brand awareness.

• Support the creation of an optimal media mix strategy to ensure maximum ROI.

• Identify and push preferred game genres to the slots team for future development.

• Play and analyze various baccarat tables across different operators to gather insights into popular game features and side bets.

• Report on top-performing baccarat games and recommend necessary adaptations for our offerings.

• Provide recommendations on how to enhance the Korean Baccarat experience based on market trends.

The Successful Candidate:

• Fluency in Korean and English is essential.

• Strong understanding of the Korean gambling market and player preferences.

• Prior experience in marketing, client relations, or the gaming industry is a plus.

• Ability to analyze market trends and translate them into actionable strategies.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Performance Metrics & Goals:

• Weekly reports on operator rankings, service provider standings, and top-performing games.

• Regular updates on the status of operators and other key industry players.

• Contribution to the development and refinement of our baccarat product based on market feedback.

• Effective collaboration with the Korea marketing team to enhance local branding and engagement.
