Position Overview:

We are seeking a visionary candidate to lead our organization through the next phase of growth as we build and launch a fully Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO). The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in blockchain technology, token economics, and DAO governance, combined with proven executive leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for our DAO and token ecosystem, including tokenomics design, governance structure, and community engagement.
• Lead the transition from a traditional organizational structure to a fully decentralized model while maintaining operational excellence.
• Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including community members, investors, partners, and regulatory bodies.
• Oversee the development and implementation of token utility, distribution mechanisms, and value creation strategies.
• Guide the technical architecture and development of smart contracts and blockchain infrastructure.
• Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks that align with DAO principles and regulatory requirements.
• Drive community growth and engagement through effective communication and incentive mechanisms.
• Manage the organization's resources, including treasury management and token allocation.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of executive leadership experience, with at least 3 years in blockchain/Web3 organizations.
• Demonstrated success in launching and scaling DAOs or token-based projects.
• Deep understanding of token economics, DeFi protocols, and blockchain technology.
• Strong track record in community building and decentralized governance.
• Experience in smart contract development and blockchain infrastructure.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to represent the organization to various stakeholders.
• Background in finance, economics, or computer science.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a founder or C-level executive in a successful Web3 project.
• Track record of successful token launches and liquidity management.
• Experience with multiple blockchain platforms and cross-chain solutions.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks relating to digital assets and DAOs.
• Network of established relationships in the blockchain/crypto ecosystem.
