The Junior VIP Manager focuses on building meaningful relationships with VIP players to boost engagement, loyalty, and satisfaction. They provide tailored support, manage a dedicated portfolio, and ensure clients receive timely and exceptional service. By tracking player activities, they identify opportunities to enhance retention, reactivate players, and recognize key milestones. The role also involves analyzing data, handling escalations, and working closely with internal teams to deliver a top-tier VIP experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Build long-term relationships with VIP players to enhance engagement and trust.
- Monitor VIP player activity for retention and engagement, addressing issues promptly.
- Provide high-quality, personalized service to VIP clients.
- Act upon opportunities to drive retention, growth, and reactivation, while tracking new potential VIPs.
- Conduct daily reviews and analyze player betting behaviors.
- Identify and provide data-driven solutions, applying industry best practices to resolve escalated customer issues.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the VIP segment with the Head of CRM.
- Conduct competitive analysis to ensure the business maintains a market-leading position.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless VIP experience.
- Carry out additional tasks as required.
The Successful Candidate:
- Languages: Good level of English (spoken and written) and exceptional Japanese language skills.
- Industry Experience: Strong experience in the iGaming industry, specifically within the Japanese market.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive and positive mindset.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and challenging customer conversations.
- Commitment to delivering an outstanding VIP experience.
