We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented VIP Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of high-value (VIP) customers. The role focuses on acquiring, developing long-term relationships, and retaining VIP clients while providing exceptional and personalized experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new VIP clients through qualified prospecting and networking.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the VIP client portfolio.
• Manage a personal portfolio of VIP clients, offering personalized service and building strong relationships based on their needs and gaming profiles.
• Design and execute engagement and retention strategies for VIP clients.
• Create tailored incentive strategies, offers, promotions, and exclusive experiences for the VIP segment.
• Propose solutions to expand accounts and enhance key metrics such as Lifetime Value (LTV).
• Analyze customer behavior and preferences to deliver personalized experiences, collaborating with product and engineering teams to enhance the platform.
• Monitor portfolio performance indicators, including betting volume, retention rates, ARPPU (Average Revenue Per Paying User), and LTV.
• Prepare periodic performance and development reports for the VIP portfolio.
• Ensure adherence to responsible iGaming standards and company policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a VIP Account Manager in the betting industry.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing premium client relationships.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• In-depth knowledge of the sports betting and online casino market.
• Experience in negotiation and consultative sales.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends, to attend sporting events with VIP clients when required.
• Language Skills: Native Portuguese and full professional proficiency in English.
