Location: Limassol, CY or Remote (close to GMT+2 time zone, relocation possible)

We’re seeking a confident and experienced Senior Advertiser Manager with a strong network in direct advertising and proven skills in negotiating CPM and flat deals. The ideal candidate will bring innovative ideas, solve problems independently, and have hands-on experience with Ad-Server platforms.

Our rapidly growing CPM Ad-Network connects publishers with some of the largest advertisers in the industry. As we aim to become a leading Ad-Network, we’re seeking a Senior Advertiser Manager to help us achieve that vision.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new direct advertisers to grow the network.
• Sell ad placements provided by the Publishers Department.
• Collaborate with the Publishers Department to optimize deals for maximum performance.
• Manage advertiser accounts and maintain strong, lasting relationships.
• Represent the company at international conferences to expand partnerships.
• Explore and implement new ad formats and revenue streams to drive growth.

The Successful Candidate:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a unique, fresh approach to securing advertisers.
• At least 3 years of experience in the same role.
• Proven experience with CPM and flat payment models.
• Out-of-the-box thinker with strong problem-solving skills and independence.
• Established network of direct advertisers.
• Practical experience with Ad-Server platforms.
• Solid understanding of ad formats and their average market values.
• Need to have related work experience in Adult/Dating/iGaming/Betting
