Are you an experienced sales leader with a strong track record in the Ad Network industry? We are seeking an Advertising Team Leader to drive our sales team and set new standards of excellence. You’ll be part of a stable and friendly team in a people-oriented environment that values trust, collaboration, and mutual support.

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets and establish long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics daily and monthly to identify successes and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with top management on strategic projects.
• Lead a team of advertisers, including hiring, onboarding, training, and overseeing reporting.
• Work in synergy with the publishers' team to achieve common project goals.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and events (as required).
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies.

The Successful Candidate:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as an Advertiser Manager, including at least 2 years in a leadership position.
• Proven expertise in CPM, CPC, and flat deals is mandatory.
• Driven, enthusiastic team player with a results-driven mindset.
• Strong communication skills in an international environment.
• Proficiency in English at C1 level.
