About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to help us build and manage reliable, secure, and scalable cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will focus on non-functional requirements (NFRs) such as performance, reliability, and security, ensuring our systems meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cloud Infrastructure: Design, build, and maintain infrastructure on AWS and Azure with a focus on performance, uptime, and cost efficiency.
• Containerization and Serverless: Use AWS ECS and Azure Durable Functions to manage containerized and serverless applications, optimizing for NFRs.
• Cloudflare Expertise: Configure Cloudflare tools (DNS, WAF, etc.) to enhance performance, security, and reliability.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Use Terraform and Ansible to create scalable, maintainable, and cost-efficient infrastructure.
• Automation: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, Azure DevOps) to streamline development, with a focus on NFR compliance.
• Monitoring: Use tools like Prometheus and Grafana for proactive monitoring, issue resolution, and data-driven decisions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, security, and operations teams to meet shared goals for reliability and performance.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with new tools and practices to improve infrastructure performance and NFR compliance.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior DevOps Engineer or a similar role, managing NFR-compliant cloud infrastructure in hybrid environments.
• Strong expertise in AWS Cloud Services (EC2, S3, VPC, RDS) and Azure Cloud Services (VMs, App Service, networking).
• Experience with AWS ECS for container orchestration and optimizing applications for NFRs.
• Deep understanding of Azure Durable Functions for stateful serverless applications.
• Hands-on experience with Cloudflare to boost security and performance.
• Advanced IaC skills with Terraform and Ansible, prioritizing scalability and maintainability.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, and Azure DevOps, with automation as a core skill.
• Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python) for automation and performance monitoring.
• Extensive Linux administration experience and its impact on cloud infrastructure.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
