Job Summary:
The Casino Specialist is responsible for managing and organizing casino game content, ensuring smooth releases, and maintaining an engaging game library. Key duties include sorting new games, managing thumbnails on the CDN, handling promotional banners, and keeping pages updated with current offerings and promotions. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, design, marketing) and testing content before release to ensure accuracy. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in casino projects, strong multitasking and analytical skills, and proficiency in CMS and management tools like Jira or Trello.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain organized game categories.
- Enable and sort new games for release, ensuring accurate categorization and visibility.
- Oversee the addition and management of thumbnails on the CDN.
- Add and remove games from various categories as needed, maintaining an up-to-date and engaging library.
- Manage the creation, placement, and rotation of promotional banners.
- Regularly update existing pages to reflect current offerings, promotions, and content changes.
- Plan and execute the release of new pages on the site.
- Conduct thorough testing and review of content before live release to ensure accuracy and functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, CRM, and marketing, to align content.
- Maintain and update procedures within the knowledge base to ensure all content management processes are documented accurately.
The Successful Candidate:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in casino projects as a Game Release Specialist or Support Manager.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Intermediate+ English proficiency.
- Excellent analytical skills and critical thinking.
- Experience with management/tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Trello).
- Experience with CMS (preferably).
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
