Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Payment Configuration Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Praxis and PaymentIQ configuration within the iGaming industry. As a Payment Configuration Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of payment products.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure all payment processing configurations comply with relevant industry regulations and security standards.
- Set up the configurations of payment providers to ensure seamless transaction processing.
- Manage the integration and optimization of existing payment methods through PaymentIQ.
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and integration of new payment methods.
- Collaborate with payment processors, acquiring banks, and other financial institutions to establish partnerships and integrations.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of all payment integrations to guarantee functionality and security.
- Identify, record, and maintain comprehensive documentation of payment configurations, integrations, and processes.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and regulations in the iGaming payments landscape.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and business development to ensure seamless integration and a positive player experience.
The Successful Candidate:
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in PaymentIQ configuration and previous experience with Praxis cashier.
- Experience in the iGaming payments sector with a proven track record of successfully integrating payment methods within an iGaming platform.
- In-depth understanding of PaymentIQ functionalities and capabilities.
- Strong working knowledge of payment processing workflows and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with API integrations and data analysis is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Fluency in English, both written and oral.
- Availability for support during night shifts and weekends.
