Location: Limassol, CY or Remote (close to GMT+2 time zone, relocation possible)

We’re looking for a proactive Publishing Team Leader to join our multinational team at our office in Cyprus. This role focuses on generating high-quality leads, testing new revenue streams, and closing deals with Publishers and Affiliates, contributing to the company’s growth and market expansion.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate your team to achieve their full potential.
• Develop strategic initiatives for key affiliate accounts to maximize growth.
• Find new leads, negotiate and close deals with Publishers and Affiliates.
• Advise your team on acquiring new publishers and maintaining current relationships.
• Achieve traffic flow stability.
• Set up relevant processes to improve efficiency, performance, and growth both within and outside the team.
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and make improvements.
• Conduct market and competitor research; suggest how to remain competitive.
• Find, suggest, and test new revenue streams.
• Maintain and keep an organized, up-to-date CRM.
• Attend international conferences.

The Successful Candidate:

• 4+ years of experience as a Senior Publisher Manager and at least 1.5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with unique and fresh approach strategies for new leads.
• Experience in CPC, CPM, flat deals, and hunting new sites.
• Out-of-the-box thinking is a must.
• Strong problem-solving skills and independence.
• Good knowledge of Google Sheets.
• Experience with Google Analytics.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have:

• Experience working in an adult advertising network is considered a big plus.
• Experience with monday.com.
• Experience with Jira or similar programs.
