Job Summary:

The Middle QA and Technical Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our iGaming products by conducting thorough testing and technical analysis. You will work closely with product development teams to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues, ensuring a seamless user experience. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and attention to detail to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.

Job Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance:

• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various iGaming applications, ensuring comprehensive coverage.
• Perform manual testing of iGaming platform releases, new games, features, and CRM flows and campaigns.
• Identify and document defects, bugs, and performance issues, and track them through to resolution.
• Collaborate with platform developers to reproduce and troubleshoot issues, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
• Create and maintain detailed QA documentation, including test results, bug reports, and testing metrics.

Technical Analysis:

• Analyze technical requirements and specifications to ensure proper understanding and testing of new features and updates.
• Conduct root cause analysis for technical issues, ensuring proper documentation and communication with cross-functional teams.
• Act as the main point of contact between the business and its technical partners.
• Analyze the user experience and strive to constantly improve it.

The Successful Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Technical Analysis in the iGaming industry.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience with cross-browser and cross-platform testing.
• Understanding of iGaming platforms, RNG testing, and gaming operations.
• Experience with management/tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on technical details.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
