We are seeking a dynamic and driven Affiliate Manager with a flexible mindset and extensive knowledge of the iGaming market. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced affiliate marketers aiming to advance their careers.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in affiliate marketing and product management and prioritizes the customer as the central focus of operations. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role. You will manage relationships with top affiliate partners and collaborate with internal teams to achieve business goals.

Job Description:

• Monitor market trends, analyze the affiliate landscape, and attend industry events.
• Manage, optimize, and further develop the affiliate channel.
• Support existing partners and adapt commission structures based on performance and market requirements.
• Provide performance evaluations, KPI reports, and administer affiliate tools (e.g., NetRefer, Tableau).
• Conduct competitor analysis to enhance company products and strategies.
• Collaborate with Country Managers to plan and execute affiliate marketing promotions.
• Work with internal teams, including Country Management and CRM, to improve marketing campaigns and offer competitive customer experiences.
• Proactively research, acquire, and onboard new affiliates, ensuring their success through performance-driven strategies.
• Cultivate relationships with new and existing affiliates through conferences and networking events.

The Successful Candidate:

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, particularly in the iGaming sector.
• Strong knowledge of the affiliate market and its key players.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Organized, with the ability to prioritize and adapt to shifting demands.
• A proactive mindset and a passion for contributing to future growth.
