About the Hiring Manager:

A rapidly growing iGaming marketing agency is seeking an experienced Facebook Ads Specialist skilled in running online casino ads without triggering account bans or restrictions. The ideal candidate requires expertise in Blackhat ad techniques specific to Facebook, with a deep understanding of platform policies and methods to bypass restrictions for high-conversion, Meta- pixel supported ad campaigns.

Job Responsibilities:
• Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute Facebook ad campaigns targeting the online casino audience, using advanced techniques to avoid detection and maintain account stability.
• Blackhat Ad Techniques: Utilize Blackhat ad strategies specific to the iGaming industry, such as cloaking and ad account rotation. Implement creative approaches to bypass Facebook’s content restrictions.
• Pixel Setup & Conversion Tracking: Set up Facebook Pixel and configure advanced tracking for key performance metrics, such as First Time Deposits (FTD) and registration counts, to accurately measure and optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Audience Targeting & Optimization: Set up precise audience targeting & do A/B testing to reach high-value users, continuously optimizing campaigns for conversion.
• Account Recovery & Verification: If a Facebook page or ad account is blocked, able to obtain or create necessary ID documents to pass Facebook's review process and get verified.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS), providing data-driven insights and adjustments to optimize results.
• Ad Account Management: Oversee multiple ad accounts, managing the health and activity of each to ensure no single account is at risk of restriction.
• Landing Page & Funnel Management: Collaborate with the team to create and optimize landing pages and ad funnels that align with Blackhat strategies.

The Successful Candidate:
• Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Facebook Ads, with at least 2 years of experience running Blackhat ads specifically in the online casino or iGaming industry.
• Blackhat Expertise: Skilled in Blackhat ad techniques (e.g., cloaking, using VPNs, multiple accounts) to avoid bans, with a track record of running successful undetected campaigns.
• Advanced Knowledge of Facebook Ads: Deep understanding of Facebook’s ad policies, algorithms, and ways to work around restrictions, especially for high-risk industries like iGaming.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience using ad cloaking software, VPNs, and various Blackhat tools to support ad campaigns without compromising account integrity.
• Adaptability: Ability to quickly adjust strategies based on platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging Blackhat techniques.
• Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail in ad creation and audience targeting to ensure campaign effectiveness and compliance.

Preferred Qualifications
• Language Skills: Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with ad management tools, analytics software, and various automation tools that aid in managing and optimizing Blackhat ad campaigns.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the online casino and iGaming market, including its unique marketing challenges and compliance requirements.
