About the Hiring Company:

A leading iGaming marketing agency is seeking a Senior TikTok Ads Specialist with
Blackhat expertise in running casino ads on TikTok without triggering account bans or
restrictions. The ideal candidate must have the ability to bypass platform detection and can operate in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Job Responsibilities
• Campaign Strategy & Execution: Implement Blackhat TikTok ad campaigns
targeting the casino audience
• Blackhat Ad Techniques: Employ advanced Blackhat techniques, such as
cloaking, ad account rotation, and custom redirects
• Compliance Evasion: Develop workarounds to bypass TikTok’s ad compliance
controls
• Conversion Tracking & Analytics: Set up advanced tracking using TikTok Pixel to
monitor key performance metrics, such as CTR, CPA, and FTD
• Account Management & Recovery: Manage multiple TikTok ad accounts,
monitor account health, to restore and verify suspended account
• Audience Targeting, A/B testing & Optimization
• Landing Page & Cloaking Management: Optimize landing pages that align with
Blackhat strategies

The Successful Candidate:
• Minimum of 5 years in TikTok Ads, 2 years in Blackhat + BC.
• In-depth knowledge of Blackhat techniques to bypass TikTok’s detection
systems.
• Advanced Knowledge of TikTok Ads & Work around compliance.
• Proficiency with ad cloaking software, VPNs, and various Blackhat tools.
• Data-Driven & Analytical: Strong analytical skills to interpret data, adjust
strategies, and maximize ROI.
• Quick to adapt based on platform updates, algorithm changes.
