About the Hiring Company:

 A growing online casino business in Thailand, seeking an experienced General Manager (or Senior Marketing Manager) to lead our efforts in expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate must have an in-depth understanding of the Thailand iGaming market, with proven connections to affiliates, downline agents, influencers, and local events and sponsorship opportunities. They will be responsible for driving acquisition strategies, building and leveraging a powerful network, and offering key insights on growth opportunities within the Thai market.

This is a unique opportunity for an individual with established industry experience, who can bring immediate, impactful resources and recommendations to
accelerate growth and improve market penetration.

Job Responsibilities

• Market Expansion Strategy: Design and implement targeted strategies to rapidly grow the online casino’s market share in Thailand.
• Local Network Building: Leverage existing connections and establish new relationships with local affiliates and downline agents, Influencers in the Thai online gaming and entertainment space, Traditional shops, sports clubs and football tournament organizers.
• Customer Acquisition and Retention: Drive high-quality traffic to the website through innovative campaigns, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Use market data and customer analytics to optimize acquisition channels, do proper reporting using financial statement to the CEO.
• Customer Service Training: Must have the ability to train and guide the customer service team, ensuring they are well-equipped to handle inquiries, resolve issues effectively, and provide exceptional service tailored to the Thai market.
• Promotion and Game Strategy: Must be able to recommend the most effective promotions and incentives to attract new customers, as well as identify the games or categories with the highest appeal for Thai players to maximize engagement and retention.
• Market Insights & Recommendations: Provide expert insights into the Thailand iGaming landscape and recommend strategies to stay competitive and attract local players.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the in-house marketing and customer service teams to align messaging, promotions, and customer experience to the preferences of the Thai audience.
• Brand Positioning and Localization: Adapt and optimize branding, promotions, and campaigns to resonate with the Thai market’s preferences and regulatory landscape.

The Successful Candidate

• Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in the iGaming industry, specifically with online casinos and sports betting. Proven success in expanding and scaling operations in Thailand.
• Network and Connections: Established relationships with affiliates, downline agents, influencers, event organizers, and other key players in the Thailand iGaming and entertainment ecosystem.
• Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of Thailand’s gaming market dynamics, including trends, player behaviors, and cultural preferences.
• Results-Oriented: Track record of driving measurable growth and achieving ambitious KPIs, with a focus on revenue, active users, and market share.
• Communication Skills: Must be Native in Thai, and high fluency in English
• Leadership and Team Management: Ability to lead cross-functional teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, competitive environment with the ability to adapt strategies quickly based on market changes and data-driven insights.
• Technical Familiarity: Understanding of online casino platforms and some digital marketing tools are important.
