About the Job:

A dynamic and analytical Growth Marketer is needed to drive app growth and user acquisition. This role involves accelerating organic word-of-mouth growth, enhancing it with paid marketing, and helping reach the next stage of exponential growth. If you're analytical, thrive on testing and optimization, and have experience in growing consumer apps, this opportunity is for you.

This position offers high ownership, working across multiple teams (marketing, engineering, product, design) to drive both paid and organic growth, maximize retention, and optimize the growth funnel. You’ll have the freedom to bring creative ideas, experiment, and execute strategies that enable fast scaling.

Job Description

• Drive Growth: Build and implement growth strategies across organic, viral, and paid channels, with a focus on paid social marketing, lifecycle marketing, customer retention, and loyalty programs.
• Experiment Constantly: Lead A/B testing and other growth experiments to continually optimize user acquisition, retention, and conversion rates.
• Cross-Channel Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate efforts across digital, social media, paid ads, email, and referral programs to create cohesive campaigns.
• Analyze and Optimize: Deeply analyze campaign performance, measuring key metrics and user behavior to refine strategies and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate Broadly: Work closely with engineers, designers, content creators, and other teams to create seamless, impactful growth initiatives.
• Be a Self-Starter: Lead projects and campaigns from ideation to execution, continuously optimizing and iterating to hit growth targets.

The Successful Candidate

• Experience: Proven track record (3+ years) in growth marketing, preferably at a fast-paced startup in Series A or early-stage. Experienced in managing multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, email, referral) for consumer-facing apps.
• Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the Crypto/FX/CFD trading landscape, or a related field like iGaming.
• Analytical Mindset: Skilled in data analysis with hands-on experience in A/B testing and lifecycle marketing.
• Creative Thinker: Brings fresh ideas and a curiosity for new approaches, not afraid to experiment and fail fast.
• Hands-On: Ready to set up campaigns, analyze data, and work across teams to make things happen.
• Growth-Oriented: Recognizes the potential in every idea and experiment, constantly looking for ways to improve and scale.
• Collaborative: Thrilled to work closely with a small, dynamic team across functions, including marketing, product, content, engineering, and finance.

Nice to Have

• Experience with retention and loyalty programs in consumer apps.
• Experience working with media/reporters, especially in financial, business, or cryptocurrency sectors.
• Familiarity with the Telegram ecosystem, including mini-apps and bots.
• Experience with product analytics tools.
