The company is a payment system with a robust online banking infrastructure suitable for most online businesses. A guide to the world of e-commerce and consulting. We provide a full range of marketing services for e-commerce - from market research and consulting to BTL.

We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team, whose main task is to promote our products and support existing customers in Indonesia and Vietnam.

Job Description:

• Providing ongoing account support to existing customers assigned by the KAM team.
• Informing new and existing customers of promotions, upgraded product lines, and offers.
• Notifying customers of unforeseen delivery delays or other complications, and facilitating suitable interventions.
• Conducting cross-sell and up-sell.
• Collaborating with the sales team to identify new sales leads and develop sales plans.
• Conducting sales research and identifying new sales opportunities.
• Documenting processes and maintaining KAM department records.

The Successful Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or similar.
• Previous experience in a sales environment will be advantageous.
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Proficiency in office software, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Express.
• Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Great organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience on Indonesian and Vietnamese markets.
• Good English, Vietnamese or Bahasa are mandatory, Chinese will be an advantage + any other Asian language will also be an advantage.
