We are a group of companies developing in-house products for the iGaming Industry. Founded in 2007, the company has expanded into an international team, with offices in Cyprus (headquarters) Ukraine and Canada.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in the iGaming industry, with a proven ability to drive business growth and build strong relationships within the community.

Job Description:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the European iGaming market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners across Europe.
• Drive strategic initiatives to enhance market penetration and increase revenue.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create tailored solutions for clients.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to network and promote our services.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and sales pitches.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
• Ensure all business activities comply with relevant regulations and iGaming industry standards.

The Successful Candidate:

• Client Relationship Management
• Strategic Planning and Execution
• Market Analysis and Reporting
• Collaboration with Internal Teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Business Development within the iGaming industry
• Native English level is a must
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong reputation and network within the iGaming community
• Proven success in closing deals at industry conferences
• Ability to work independently and remotely, with a proactive and self-sufficient approach.
