About the Hiring Company:
We are scaling operator relationships across multiple regulated markets. We are looking for a Bilingual Business Coordinator (Japanese / English) to support seamless communication across teams and partners.

You will primarily support the Development Department or Global Business Operations Department, playing a key role in bridging communication between Japanese and global stakeholders. This role combines business support, communication, and interpretation in a dynamic, international environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Global Communication & Interpretation

• Support Japanese ⇔ English communication in daily meetings with international teams (primarily consecutive interpretation).

• Participate in frequent meetings with overseas partners across Europe and other regions.

• Assist in large-scale meetings involving multiple stakeholders from Japan and global teams.

• Summarize key discussion points and support smooth communication with cultural awareness.

Business & Operational Support

• Support day-to-day operations with overseas clients, including meeting coordination and follow-ups.

• Assist cross-functional teams in working with international partners.

• Provide support for global business activities and internal coordination.

Translation & Research

• Translate contracts, emails, game development proposals, and related materials (EN ⇔ JP).

• Conduct research on industry trends, regulations, and market insights (e.g. gaming / online casino industry).

Executive Support

• Provide support to executives and department heads, including planning, contract coordination, and scheduling.

The Successful Candidate:

• Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English (spoken and written).

• Strong interest in working in an international business environment.

• Ability to communicate effectively across cultures (professional experience preferred but not required).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent global meetings.

• Experience in interpretation and/or translation.

• Experience in international business environments.

• Experience in gaming / iGaming / IT industry.

• Experience supporting executives or cross-functional teams.

• Strong interest in games and in-depth knowledge of gaming.

Language Requirements

• English: Business-level proficiency

• Japanese: Fluent/native (JLPT N1 or equivalent)
