About the Role:

The DevOps Manager is responsible for leading the design, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the organization's technology infrastructure and deployment processes.

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure high system availability, scalability, security, and operational efficiency by integrating development and operations practices, driving automation, and promoting a strong DevOps culture across teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the technical maintenance and operations of the company's products, ensuring overall high performance and availability.

• Follow up on product services from integration to launch, responsible for automated CI/CD solutions.

• Resolve technical issues encountered during operations, identify operational risks and vulnerabilities early, and optimize business processes.

• Improve maintenance and operations efficiency and optimize service quality through the application of technology and development capabilities.

• Emphasize the core principles of DevOps, establish a good cross-team collaboration model, and build trust through communication.

• Develop automated maintenance and operations tools.

• Complete tasks assigned by the supervisor. 

The Successful Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field from a recognized university.

• Master’s Degree in a relevant field will be considered an added advantage.

• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or any other virtual machine platform.

• Familiarity with CI/CD automation solutions (GitLab CI, Helm, Ansible).

• Familiarity with Shell Script and the ability to build automation script tools.

• Familiarity with microservice operations and management (Kubernetes, Docker).

• Familiar with any version of Linux (Centos, Ubuntu, SUSE...etc).

• 3–5 years of customer service or support experience, preferably in the iGaming, fintech, or technology sector.
