Location: Onsite, Taipei, Taiwan

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to manage daily accounting work and support our finance team. This role covers accounting operations, tax compliance, reporting, and coordination with internal and external teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling of all Accounting daily operation.

• Comply with tax policies and regulations.

• Review and perform AP/AR/FA management.

• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of vouchers, accounts, and payments/receipts.

• Track overdue items and payment process.

• Month-end & Year-end closing process.

• VAT Tax Filing.

• Statutory and Tax audits.

• Process bank deposits, withdrawals, wire transfers, and daily payments/receipts; maintain cash ledgers.

• Working in tandem with the company's team members.

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Manage general ledger activities, journal entries, and account reconciliations.

• Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.

• Coordinate external audits and support internal audit processes.

• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.

• Assist in improving accounting processes and internal controls.

• Perform other duties, as asked by the management, which are related to this position, and which meet the qualifications.

• Any other ad-hoc duties that may be required.

The Successful Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, especially in a multinational company is a plus.

• 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role.

• Strong knowledge of (accounting system).

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.

• Good knowledge of English (TOEIC above 800).

• Mature and be able to hold confidence when challenged.

• The ability to accurately fulfill the direct management orders and work tasks.

• Well organized, motivated, proactive, independent, patient.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Team player.

• Good communication skills.
