Sportsbook Manager Job - iGaming - Remote based in Europe, with travels
Location: Remote (must be Europe-based), including travelling
Job Responsibilities:
Overseeing the day-to-day running and optimisation of all sportsbook related matters across all brands.
Identify and cultivate top sports betting punters and performers to develop incentive programs that reward key bettors.
Create and manage monthly sportsbook promotions and communications to ensure relevant offers for each geo.
Collaborate with internal teams to create and improve landing pages and the registration flow to support better conversion.
Ensure Sportsbook CRM and retention flows, both automated and ad hoc, are fully optimised for current events and relevance.
Ensure front-end UX/UI is above industry standard, with betting features clear, prominent, and easy to use to support bet success.
Monitor betting markets, manage liabilities, set limits, and adjust odds when needed to maximise profitability.
Ensure each geo is customised with relevant sporting events that appeal to the audience and optimise sportsbook ROI.
Provide feedback to the acquisition team and COO to improve the quality and yield of acquisition partners.
Represent the business from a sports perspective at industry events and stay updated on industry trends.
Work with internal marketing teams to grow the sportsbook business in focus markets.
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to the COO and board of directors.
The Successful Candidate:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a mid-level sportsbook product and retention role within the iGaming industry.
Hands-on experience creating, managing, and running sportsbook product verticals.
Ability to deliver against aggressive P&L targets.
Experience working in unregulated markets.
Experience in emerging markets is an advantage.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to manage product, CRM, and front-end teams to achieve ROI goals.
Methodical, numbers-driven, and well organised.
Fluent in English.
Must be Europe-based.
Positive and enthusiastic can-do attitude.
Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
