About the Role:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving high-value traffic and player acquisition across SEA markets for our online gambling brands. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in PPC strategy—both whitehat (policy-compliant) campaigns and blackhat tactic awareness (competitive intelligence, fraud prevention, and counter-strategy). This role also requires strong command of Adjust for mobile attribution, fraud detection, cohort analysis, and ROI optimization. You will oversee multi-channel acquisition initiatives, manage agency and affiliate PPC partners, and protect media spend from fraudulent traffic.
Job Responsibilities:
PPC Strategy & Execution
Develop and manage comprehensive PPC acquisition campaigns across Google, Bing, DSPs, ad networks, and specialized gaming traffic sources.
Optimize campaigns for CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and player retention across multiple jurisdictions.
Lead whitehat PPC execution: compliant ad copy, keyword strategy, bidding optimization, audience segmentation, and landing page flow optimization.
Maintain awareness of blackhat PPC tactics commonly used in competitive online gambling markets (cloaking, spoofing, aggressive redirect flows, unauthorized brand bidding) to identify and counter competitor attempts to divert brand traffic, protect campaign integrity and ensure compliance with advertising policies, and strengthen internal fraud-prevention and monitoring procedures.
Attribution, Tracking & Analytics (Adjust)
Configure, maintain, and optimize Adjust for mobile and web attribution.
Build and monitor Adjust trackers, fraud rules, and audience segments.
Conduct cohort analysis, funnel analysis, and multi-touch attribution modeling.
Detect and mitigate click injection, click spam, device farms, and suspicious traffic sources using Adjust Fraud Prevention Suite.
Produce detailed weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Market Expansion & Traffic Partnerships
Identify and negotiate with PPC networks, traffic sources, and gaming-specific ad platforms.
Evaluate traffic quality, compliance risk, and ROI of potential partners.
Collaborate with affiliate teams to align PPC, SEO, and paid media performance.
The Successful Candidate:
5+ years of performance marketing experience in online gaming.
Proven mastery of PPC platforms, traffic optimization, and A/B testing.
Advanced practical experience with Adjust, AppsFlyer, or other MMPs.
Strong understanding of whitehat PPC methodologies and awareness of blackhat tactics, including their risks, detection, and countermeasures.
Strong analytical and Excel/Sheets skills; familiarity with Tableau.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven, and highly competitive environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
