Head of Asia (Gaming Content) Job - iGaming - Remote (Travels to Yerevan)

About the Hiring Company:
As the Head of Asia, you will be the driving force behind our success in the region with end-to-end P&L responsibility across all countries in scope. Your mission is to establish our brand as a market leader and rapidly grow our market share across key regulated territories. This is a highly autonomous, senior role for an entrepreneurial leader with a deep understanding of the Asia iGaming landscape and the ambition to build a business from a strong foundation.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
- Leverage your network to identify, negotiate, and onboard new key operator and aggregator partners across the region.
- Drive consistent growth with existing clients by increasing the presence, visibility, and performance of our game portfolio.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing local team of sales and account managers.
- Manage and coordinate with a dedicated support team at our HQ in Yerevan to ensure seamless 24/7 service and technical support for regional partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to build significant B2C player awareness and drive demand for our games.
- Act as the face of the company in Asia, representing us at trade shows, conferences, and key client meetings to build a lasting brand image.
- Serve as the key link between the Asia market and our internal product teams.
- Provide critical market feedback and player insights to guide the customization and development of our game portfolio for maximum regional appeal.
The Successful Candidate
- 5+ years of experience in a senior commercial, sales, or business development role within the B2B online gaming industry.
- A proven track record of success and commercial achievements specifically within the Asian iGaming markets.
- You possess an extensive and active network of senior contacts within online casino operators and aggregators in key markets.
- A highly motivated, self-starting individual who thrives on autonomy and is driven by results. You are comfortable building a team and a business function from the ground up.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to build significant B2C player awareness and drive demand for our games.
- This role requires extensive travel. You must have the willingness and ability to travel frequently across Asia for client meetings, attend major industry events globally, and visit our company HQ in Yerevan (2-3x a year at least).
- Full professional fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Asian language is a plus.
