About the Hiring Company:

We are supporting a founder-led iGaming project preparing for launch. The Head of
Operations will be one of the first key hires and will oversee the full operational
setup while working closely with product, platform providers, and acquisition.

Role Overview
A hands-on operations role with a strong product-operations element. The position
acts as the bridge between platform providers, product/tech, CRM, acquisition, and
the founders, ensuring the business is operationally ready and commercially aligned.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across casino, sportsbook, payments, CRM, CS, risk, and VIP.
• Work closely with platform providers and product/tech teams to ensure platform readiness, integrations, and smooth functionality.
• Translate operational needs into product and platform requirements.
• Optimise player journeys, funnels, CRM flows, and retention mechanics.
• Manage relationships with PSPs, game providers, and third-party tools.
• Support acquisition by aligning operational delivery with commercial goals (shared P&L responsibility).
• Build processes, SOPs, and operational structure for launch and scale.
• Collaborate with BI to track KPIs and identify performance gaps.

The Successful Candidate:

• Strong operator-side iGaming experience (casino + sportsbook).
• Background in operations with exposure to product/ops, CRM, payments, and platform capabilities.
• Experience working with platform providers and product/tech teams.
• Tier-1 experience is a strong advantage.
• Hands-on execution mindset; comfortable in early-stage environments.
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Russian-speaking is an advantage but not mandatory.
