We are looking for a results-driven Senior Affiliates Manager to grow and manage our affiliate network across both European and Asian markets. You will be responsible for building long-term relationships with high-performing affiliates, negotiating deals, optimizing performance, and ensuring all activities are aligned with a regulatory-compliant marketing strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and expand the affiliate portfolio across Asia and Europe, identifying and onboarding high-value partners.
• Negotiate commercial terms, hybrid/CPS/CPA/rev-share deals, and incentive structures aligned with profitability targets.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the affiliate program, including communication, reporting, issue resolution, and compliance checks.
• Track, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance based on KPIs such as FTDs, retention, ARPU, ROI, and fraud indicators.
• Use affiliate platforms (e.g., TUNE, NetRefer, Income Access, MyAffiliates, Cellxpert) to monitor campaigns, track player activity, and manage payments and assets.
• Collaborate closely with Acquisition, BI, Product, and Compliance teams to align affiliate strategies with broader growth plans and legal frameworks.
• Ensure all affiliate creatives, bonus offers, and messages are compliant with regulators.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of affiliate partners to maintain quality traffic and prevent abuse or fraud.
• Provide regular performance reporting and insights to senior stakeholders.

The Successful Candidate:

• Experience: 7+ years in affiliate marketing, with at least 3+ years managing affiliates in the iGaming industry.
• Network: Strong portfolio of affiliate relationships across Europe and Asia.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of acquisition KPIs, fraud prevention, and attribution models.
• Tools: Hands-on experience with major affiliate tracking platforms (TUNE, Income Access, NetRefer, etc.) and fraud detection tools.
• Skills: Proven ability to optimize partner performance, deliver strong ROI, and negotiate effectively with media owners, super affiliates, and sub-affiliate networks.
• Industry: Understanding of iGaming product verticals such as casino, sportsbook, live dealer, and mobile gaming.
• Mindset: Ability to balance aggressive growth with strict compliance and ethical marketing.
• Experience: Familiarity with crypto-friendly markets and alternative payments is a plus.
