Bridge business needs and platform capabilities by writing clear specifications for UX features and platform customizations, documenting player journeys, and ensuring deliverables meet quality and compliance standards. This role partners closely with UI/UX, QA, and development teams to deliver seamless player experiences in a regulated online gaming environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Requirements & Specs: Gather requirements and write detailed specifications for UX features, platform enhancements, and customizations.
• Player Journey Mapping: Document end-to-end player flows, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Acceptance Criteria: Collaborate with UI/UX and QA to define acceptance criteria and ensure test coverage.
• UAT Support: Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing; validate platform deliverables against requirements.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Act as liaison between business, design, and tech teams to clarify scope, resolve ambiguities, and manage change requests.
• Documentation: Maintain up-to-date functional specs, user stories, and release notes for all platform and UX changes.

The Successful Candidate:

• Experience: 3–5+ years as a Business Analyst in online gaming, prior work with an Asian operator strongly preferred.
• Skills: Strong documentation and communication skills; ability to translate business needs into actionable specs; familiarity with UX principles and agile delivery.
• Tools: Proficient in JIRA/Confluence (or similar), wireframing tools (Figma, Axure), and QA/UAT processes.
• Knowledge: Understanding of regulated gaming environments, player lifecycle, and platform integrations.
