About the Company:

This role acts as the single point of contact for platform tickets, manages the backlog, and drives feature prioritization aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Platform Ownership: Serve as the primary liaison for all platform-related tickets, escalations, and communications with vendors.
• Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritize the platform backlog; ensure alignment with business priorities and UX standards.
• Delivery Oversight: Coordinate with QA, Business Analysts, and UI/UX teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
• Compliance & UX: Validate that all deliverables meet local regulatory requirements and deliver a consistent, localized player experience.
• Vendor Coordination: Work closely with third-party platform providers to manage feature requests, resolve issues, and track SLAs.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear documentation of platform changes, release notes, and performance metrics.

The Successful Candidate:

• Experience: 4–6 years in product delivery, platform operations, or related roles; experience with third-party gaming platforms is a strong plus.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience with online gambling operations in Asia and regulated environments.
• Skills: Strong prioritization, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills; ability to work cross-functionally with tech, design, and QA teams.
• Tools: Proficiency in JIRA/Confluence (or similar), backlog management, and agile delivery practices.
