We're looking for a tech-savvy product leader who knows the online slot industry inside out, can still sling solid C# code, and thrives at the intersection of AI, product innovation, and game architecture.

Job Responsibilities:

• Own the full tech and product vision from platform architecture to new feature rollouts.
• Architect our game engine and backend, built in C#/.NET Core, and designed for scale, speed, and fun.
• Work closely with creatives and math wizards to bring slot mechanics to life, from spins to super bonuses.
• Lead the integration of RNGs, payout logic, client-server sync, and ensure everything's compliant and fair.
• Drive AI innovation: visual testing, player personalization, predictive insights, or LLM-powered features.
• Set up innovative BI pipelines and dashboards so we are constantly optimizing with real data.
• Build and mentor a world-class team of engineers, PMs, and designers.
• Keep us lean, agile, and shipping fast without breaking stuff.

The Successful Candidate:

• 8–10+ years in software development, with strong C#/.NET skills.
• Hands-on experience in the online slots / real-money gaming space.
• Strong grasp of RNG systems, game logic, and regulatory compliance (GLI, eCOGRA, etc.).
• Passion for AI and how it's reshaping games (CURSOR, Claude, etc.).
• Comfortable working with BI tools and setting up KPIs/A/B tests.
• Leadership experience in fast-paced or startup environments.
• Bonus: Experience with Unity, Azure, or global launch strategies.
