Job Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Planning - Define the long-term development roadmap for slot games in alignment with market trends and player expectations.
• Analyze market dynamics and competitor data to refine existing products and plan new game development.
• Leverage user behavior insights to improve game profitability (RTP settings, bet strategies, etc.).
• Market Analysis & User Growth
• Research global and regional market trends (e.g., Southeast Asia, Europe, North America) and formulate go-to-market strategies.
• Use data-driven analysis to enhance player retention, ARPU, and LTV.
• Collaborate with operations teams to enhance player experiences and execute promotional and marketing campaigns.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with R&D, art, math modeling, marketing, and business teams to ensure product quality and market fit.
• Lead the product team in game planning, feature design, and UI/UX optimization to improve player engagement.
• Game Profitability Optimization
• Deeply understand slot game math models (RNG, payout curves, jackpot mechanics) to design sustainable monetization frameworks.
• Monitor key KPIs (DAU, retention, churn rate) and refine the in-game economy continuously.
• Compliance & Market Readiness
• Ensure all products comply with relevant regulatory requirements across jurisdictions (e.g., MGA, UKGC, Asia-specific laws).
• Stay informed on compliance areas, including payment regulations, AML (anti-money laundering), and responsible gaming practices.

The Successful Candidate:

• 5+ years in similar role in the Slots Development iGaming industry  industry, familiar with global trends and key regional markets.
• Hands-on experience in product strategy and building, game commercialization, or market promotion.
• Data-Driven Expertise
• Proficient in analytics tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Google Analytics for market and user insights.
• Experienced in A/B testing, user data analysis, and monetization optimization.
• Cross-Team Leadership
• Excellent team management, project coordination, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Proven experience managing product, marketing, operations, or data teams.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in slot game math model design or game economy system development is a strong plus.
