Sales Manager Job - iGaming - Hybrid, Malta
Location: Malta (Hybrid) open to relocation and visa sponsorship
Job Overview:
As a Sales Manager, you will lead the global sales team and be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. You will manage key accounts, build strong relationships with clients, and identify new business opportunities within the iGaming industry. We're looking for someone versatile, agile, and growth-driven, who will report directly to the Head of Sales.
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing the sales team
- Sales & Account Management for Latin American and English-speaking markets
- Reporting directly to the Head of Sales
- Managing existing partnerships independently
- Developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
- Identifying business and growth opportunities
- Handling sales meetings and negotiating deals
- Conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Managing and cultivating key customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Preparing regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management
- Performing financial follow-up and reporting, both internally and externally
- Maintaining tracking, reporting, and analysis of performance KPIs
- Developing and monitoring performance indicators for sales and staff members
- Managing sales tracking tools
- Handling contracts with clients
- Representing the company at industry conferences
The Successful Candidate:
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in sales and account management, preferably within SaaS, digital, or B2B sectors
- At least 1 year of experience in the iGaming industry
- Experience with sports and gambling products (nice to have)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in tools like Google Drive, Hubspot, and other analytical software
- Fluent in English (other languages are a plus but not required)
