Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Affiliates to lead affiliate marketing initiatives across non-regulated markets. This role is critical in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through a comprehensive and high-performing affiliate program. The successful candidate will manage affiliate relationships, monitor performance metrics, and contribute to expanding our presence in new markets.
Job Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a results-oriented affiliate marketing strategy for non-regulated markets.
- Affiliate Acquisition & Partnerships: Identify, recruit, and nurture long-term relationships with top affiliates and affiliate networks.
- Program Management: Oversee the entire affiliate lifecycle, from onboarding to retention, while ensuring alignment with KPIs, commercial terms, and compliance.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, generate insights, and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with CRM, Content, Design, and Tech teams to create marketing assets, performance-driven landing pages, and personalized funnels.
- Compliance & Market Intelligence: Keep up with evolving regulatory landscapes and market trends to ensure affiliate activities remain compliant and competitive.
- Leadership Alignment: Work directly with executive leadership on strategic planning and market expansion.
The Successful Candidate:
- Extensive Experience: 7+ years in affiliate marketing, preferably in the iGaming sector, with a focus on non-regulated markets.
- Strong Commercial Understanding: Deep knowledge of online casino operations, affiliate networks, and performance-based marketing models.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in using BI/analytics tools for data-driven decision-making and performance tracking.
- Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; fluency in English is required (native or near-native level). Knowledge of Hebrew or Russian is a plus.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Global Perspective: Open to traveling for industry events, conferences, and affiliate meetings.
