Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Affiliation Marketing Manager (Senior or Head level) to join an online casino marketing team that operates in various unregulated markets. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a robust affiliate marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Your primary focus will be building and managing strong relationships with affiliate partners while supporting market expansion efforts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy, including identifying potential markets, researching affiliate networks, establishing partner relationships, and implementing performance tracking systems.
• Onboard new affiliates by identifying suitable partners, negotiating terms, and providing ongoing support to ensure effective promotion of the brand.
• Manage relationships with existing affiliates through regular performance reviews, feedback, and assistance while ensuring compliance with agreed terms.
• Monitor and report on affiliate performance using analytics tools to identify trends and deliver insights to senior management.
• Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory updates to ensure compliance with relevant laws, especially in unregulated markets.
• Oversee all performance landing pages in collaboration with content providers, CRM teams, frontend developers, and designers. Maintain and distribute marketing materials with full traceability.
• Manage the affiliate program including website, content, design, affiliate approvals, and commercial/marketing funnels.

The Successful Candidate:

• Extensive experience in affiliate marketing within non-regulated markets and deep knowledge of the online casino/iGaming industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in data tools and the ability to interpret analytics to support strategic decisions.
• Ideally based in Cyprus or open to relocating.
• Native-level fluency in English.
• Willingness to travel for conferences and events.
• Strong team collaboration skills and the ability to lead and monitor affiliate operations effectively, including the generation and analysis of detailed traffic reports.
