Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Affiliation Marketing Manager to join our online iGaming marketing team operating across various unregulated markets. In this role, you will develop and execute a robust affiliate marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. The focus will be on building and managing strong relationships with affiliate partners and supporting the company’s expansion into new markets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy, including market research, affiliate network identification, partner relationship building, and performance monitoring systems.
• Onboard new affiliates by identifying prospects, assessing fit, negotiating agreements, and providing support to promote the brand effectively.
• Manage existing affiliate relationships, evaluate performance metrics, provide feedback, and ensure compliance with partnership agreements.
• Monitor affiliate performance using various tools, identify trends, and prepare performance reports for senior management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory developments relevant to affiliate marketing in B2C iGaming.
• Oversee performance landing pages in collaboration with content providers, CRM, frontend developers, and designers. Manage marketing materials and maintain organized records for affiliates.
• Lead the affiliate program, including website content, design, affiliate approvals, and managing commercial and marketing channels/funnels.

The Successful Candidate:

• Proven experience working with affiliates in non-regulated markets and a strong understanding of the iGaming industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working with data and analytics tools; capable of analyzing data to support decision-making.
• Ideally located in Cyprus or open to relocating soon.
• Native-level proficiency in English.
• Willingness to travel for conferences and strong communication skills for onboarding affiliates.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team, manage workflows, and generate detailed business intelligence reports on affiliate-driven traffic.
