Job Description:

• Perform new affiliates acquisition through research, referrals, networking, cold calling, data feeds, and emails.
• Manage the entire onboarding process.
• Manage business negotiations with affiliates.
• Coordinate with various teams to address affiliate needs in an accurate and timely manner.
• Recommend process improvements to increase revenue targets.
• Set marketing and sales goals to achieve revenue growth.
• Maintain open communication with all affiliates on day-to-day issues.
• Develop business strategies to improve affiliate programs.
• Stay current with trends in affiliate marketing and identify new opportunities.
• Organize and coordinate trade shows and other promotional activities for product launches and specials.
• Work with the management team to execute and close new affiliate deals.
• Communicate with new and existing affiliates regarding upcoming promotions and optimization opportunities.

The Successful Candidate:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in affiliate management or related fields such as Customer Support, Sales, or Business Development, ideally in the B2B or B2C online gaming industry. Experience in land-based casinos is also acceptable.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to handle high-pressure environments.
• Good command of Burmese and English.
• Proven organizational, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to multitask, work well independently, and as part of a team.
• Self-starter with initiative and a persistent attitude.
• Existing affiliate networks are a plus, along with experience in affiliate conferences and a proven track record of generating affiliate revenue.
• Ability to present to a broad audience and adapt to different stakeholders.
• iGaming industry experience is a must.
