About the Hiring Company:

Leveraging resources and talents within our company, as a Senior Mathematician, you will lead the design process to create unique payout experiences. We are looking for visionaries who can be our design experts on existing and emerging game models and mechanics.

Experience Required:
Minimum 2+ years of experience creating game simulators in C++/C#/Java/Python to verify math models and gather statistical data for slot games.

Job Description:

• Develop simulators for complex slot games such as Mega-ways, Cluster games, and re-spin feature games.
• Create, verify, and analyze mathematical models to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
• Generate advanced statistical data like maximum win, volatility, win distribution, hit rate, and average feature payouts.
• Work closely with the Head of Math and other mathematicians to deliver accurate game math models.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Ensure all mathematical models align with the game design and market demands.

The Successful Candidate:

• Strong programming skills in C++/C#/Java/Python or other relevant programming languages.
• Solid knowledge of Probability and Statistics.
• Logical thinking, analytical skills, and experience in creative problem-solving.
• Proven experience developing simulators for slot games with complex mechanics.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage files and meet deadlines within a production schedule.

Educational Background:

• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields, ideally with a focus on programming, probability, and statistics.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
• Familiarity with working in the gambling industry as a server developer or game mathematician.

Additional Information:

• The role requires full-time commitment and exclusivity to the company.
• Speaking Chinese is a plus.
• The position is remote-based for the right candidate.
